Delivery Information
Click & Collect - By arrangement only
We offer a FREE collection service which is available Monday - Sunday but is STRICTLY by appointment only to ensure that there will be someone on site to process your order. At Checkout -> Step 4: Delivery Method select "Click and Collect" and specify your desired Collection Day & Time in the "Add Comments About Your Order" box and we'll get back to you to confirm.
PLEASE NOTE: We operate in a residential area. Whilst there is plenty of on street parking both outside and opposite, on Hawthorn Way, we do kindly ask that you don't block any of the neighboring properties driveways.
Greenhouse Viewings
When collecting, you are more than welcome to visit our Greenhouses and checkout what else we have available. Please specify this when you order so that we can ensure that there will be someone available to show you around as we don't operate a publicly accessible premises.
Special Access Requirements
At present we don't have hardstanding paths running all the way to our Greenhouses. If you have any special access requirements or are a wheelchair user, please feel free to contact us in advance and we can make any necessary arrangements to aid you whilst you are on site, including the option for you to rest at our accessible seating area whilst we bring samples to you.
Please note, due to ground conditions during wetter periods or during periods of construction we may not be able to safely operate this service. If this is the case we can offer an alternative service whereby you are welcome to wait at our seating area and we can bring samples to you.
Delivery Service - COMING SOON
We offer a delivery service throughout Wellingborough and the neighboring area. All deliveries are performed by our own staff in our own vehicles, we do NOT offer the option for courier delivery at present in order to protect the quality of the plants we deliver.
Please see the list below for Delivery Days & Costs*. If your Town / Village is not listed please feel free to Contact Us to discuss your delivery options.
* If you and a friend in the same or a neighbouring town both wish to place an order, we'd be happy to deliver both Orders and only charge the greater of the two delivery costs which you can then split between yourselves. Note: Both addresses must fall on the same delivery day for this to be possible. For example, you live in Great Harrowden (£3.25) & your friend lives in Hardwick (£4.00), you only need to specify Delivery for the Hardwick order, in the Great Harrowden order just select Click & Collect and then place a note in the Delivery Method -> Comments section that this order should be delivered at the same time as another Order and specify the Order Number or Delivery Address of the other order.

Out of Stock / Pre-Order (Delivery Only)
Where one or more items in your order are either "Out of Stock" or "Pre-Order" ALL items will be delivered once all items have been either restocked or once all pre-order items are ready for delivery, whichever is the later. If you require the items which are currently in stock delivered immediately please place as 2 seperate orders and specify the delivery option for each part of the order.
NOTE: This does NOT apply to Click & Collect orders as you are more than welcome to collect the items at different times as and when they are restocked or ready if pre-order.
